Tips & Variations
Make it vegetarian – Skip the bacon and add toasted pine nuts or sunflower seeds for a nice crunch.
Elevate the flavor – A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes will add a little heat.
Experiment with cheese – Try goat cheese or ricotta for a different twist!
These feta-stuffed mushrooms are best enjoyed warm, but they also hold up well at room temperature—perfect for parties! Pair them with a crisp white wine or a light cocktail for the ultimate appetizer experience.
