Apple, Burrata & Prosciutto Salad Wreath

A fresh, no cook appetizer with thin apple slices, creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, crunchy pumpkin seeds, peppery arugula, and a bright orange honey dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 burrata ball
  • 2 slices prosciutto torn
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Small handful of arugula leaves
Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice from ½ orange
  • Salt pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Slice the apple as thinly as possible and arrange on a serving platter.
  2. Tear the burrata and scatter over the apple slices.
  3. Add prosciutto ribbons.
  4. Top with arugula and pumpkin seeds.
  5. Whisk together dressing ingredients, drizzle over the salad, and serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
