Ingredients
  

  • 1 5.3 oz Boursin cheese, Garlic & Herb
  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly in the bottom of a small baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, dried oregano, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and blistered and the cheese is warm and creamy underneath.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
