- Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Cut pear in half lengthwise, scoop out the core.
- Place halves cut-side up in a baking dish. Fill with Brie, top with rosemary, drizzle with olive oil, lime juice, and honey.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Top with pine nuts and serve warm.
