Baked Brie Pear with Honey, Rosemary & Pine Nuts

Sweet, fruity, and herby with melted Brie and toasted pine nuts - this baked pear recipe is elegant, cozy, and incredibly easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bartlett pear
  • 1 slice of Brie cheese chopped
  • 1/4 lime juice only
  • Few drops of olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Cut pear in half lengthwise, scoop out the core.
  3. Place halves cut-side up in a baking dish. Fill with Brie, top with rosemary, drizzle with olive oil, lime juice, and honey.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Top with pine nuts and serve warm.
