Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of Brie 8 oz
  • 2 tbsp plum jelly
  • 2 figs sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place Brie on parchment-lined baking dish; lightly score the top.
  3. Spread with plum jelly, layer with figs, sprinkle rosemary.
