Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz wheel of Brie
  • A couple handfuls of sweet seedless grapes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the Brie in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Using a sharp knife, score the top of the Brie in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Scatter the grapes around the Brie. Drizzle the Brie with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary leaves. Drizzle the grapes with balsamic vinegar.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until the Brie is soft and melty and the grapes are slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle everything with honey.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
