Baked Brie with Grapes and Walnuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small wheel of Brie about 8 oz, rind on
  • 1/3 cup seedless grapes sliced in half
  • 1 tablespoon fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place Brie in a small baking dish. Score the top in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Spread fig jam over top. Add grapes, walnuts, and drizzle with honey.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until Brie is soft and toppings are glossy.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers or crusty bread.
