Method
- Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, or use small baking dish without the paper.
- Place the Brie on the prepared sheet.
- Arrange the pear slices on top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and thyme over the pears.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and bubbling.
- Carefully transfer to a serving plate and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
