Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bartlett pear
  • A few small pieces of Gorgonzola
  • 2 tsp plum jam
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp toasted walnuts chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Cut pear lengthwise in half and scoop out the center with a spoon.
  3. Arrange pear halves, cut side up, in a baking dish.
  4. Add plum jam, Gorgonzola, and thyme on top.
  5. Drizzle lightly with honey.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Top with toasted walnuts and a little extra honey before serving.
  8. Enjoy warm and melty!
