Method
- Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Cut pear lengthwise in half and scoop out the center with a spoon.
- Arrange pear halves, cut side up, in a baking dish.
- Add plum jam, Gorgonzola, and thyme on top.
- Drizzle lightly with honey.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and cheese is slightly melted.
- Top with toasted walnuts and a little extra honey before serving.
- Enjoy warm and melty!
