  • 1 slice sourdough bread toasted

  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1 tsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp hot honey
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Pinch Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Method
