- In a food processor, blend salmon, cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and airy. Transfer to a piping bag.
- Toast Hawaiian rolls lightly in butter or under broiler. Slice a slit lengthwise on top of each.
- Pipe mousse generously into each roll. Top with cucumber ribbons, a dot of mustard, fresh dill, and lemon zest.
