Method
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey.
- Add quartered figs and cook for about 3 minutes, until softened and syrupy.
- Add thyme sprig, stir, and let infuse for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
- Spoon warm figs and syrup over toast. Tear burrata on top.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Serve immediately.
