Christmas Deviled Eggs with Cucumber Trees

These Festive Deviled Eggs with Cucumber Trees are a fun and easy way to elevate your holiday spread. They’re visually stunning, packed with flavor, and incredibly simple to make.
Servings: 3 whole eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • ½ English cucumber thinly sliced into ribbons

Method
 

Hard-Boil the Eggs:
  1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Gently add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer to an ice bath and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel and slice the eggs in half.
Make the Filling:
  1. Remove the yolks and mash them with mayo, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce until smooth.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs:
  1. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  2. Top each with bacon bits and fresh dill.
Create the Cucumber Trees:
  1. Thinly slice the cucumber into long ribbons.
  2. Fold the ribbon back and forth to form a pine tree shape.
  3. Skewer the cucumber tree and insert it into a deviled egg.
