- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 ripe avocado thinly sliced or mashed
- 4 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 tbsp caviar or more, to taste
- 1/2 lemon juice only
- Freshly ground black pepper optional
Toast the bread until golden and crispy for the perfect base.
Evenly spread a thick layer of cream cheese on each slice.
Mash or slice the avocado, then layer it on top of the cream cheese.
Arrange the smoked salmon over the avocado, letting it fold naturally.
Add a generous sprinkle of chopped fresh dill.
