Method
- In a clean pint-sized jar or airtight container, combine mozzarella balls, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Pour in the olive oil until the mozzarella is fully covered.
- Gently mix everything together, seal the jar, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours—preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Don’t forget to save the leftover oil for dipping or drizzling!

- Add lemon zest for a pop of brightness
- Swap herbs – Try fresh basil, oregano, thyme, or a mix
- More heat? Add a few chili flakes or a small sliced red chili
