Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Crackers of your choice I used Ritz
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 fresh figs quartered
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the goat cheese, 1 teaspoon honey, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
