Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor - these roasted Parmesan Brussels sprouts are the ultimate side dish or appetizer. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • ½ lemon – juice and zest
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if needed.
  2. In a large bowl, combine half the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and zest, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the halved Brussels sprouts and toss well to coat.
  4. Place sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them as-is!
