Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices French baguette toasted
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Cambozola Black Label rind removed
  • ½ ripe peach sliced
  • 3 tbsp walnuts chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese and Cambozola until smooth and airy. Whip with a blender for best texture.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
  3. Pipe extra cheese mixture on one side of each crostini.
  4. Place a peach slice on the other side.
  5. Top with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
