Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe peaches sliced into 8 wedges each
  • 4 slices of prosciutto divided
  • 16 marinated mozzarella balls
  • 16 fresh basil leaves
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Toothpicks or mini skewers

Method
 

  1. Wrap each peach wedge with a strip of prosciutto.
  2. Place a fresh basil leaf on top.
  3. Add a marinated mozzarella ball.
  4. Secure everything with a toothpick.
  5. Drizzle with honey just before serving and enjoy!
