Peach Toast with Crème de Brie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4-6 tbsp Crème de Brie or to taste
  • 1 ripe peach thinly sliced
  • 4 slices prosciutto torn
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Hot honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Toast sourdough slices until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread each slice with a generous layer of Crème de Brie while still warm.
  3. Layer thin peach slices over the Brie.
  4. Drape a slice of prosciutto on each toast.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle lightly with hot honey just before serving.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy every bite!
