Ingredients
  

  • 1 thick slice sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado thinly sliced
  • 3 –4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 –2 tsp chili crunch oil adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • A few sprigs fresh dill optional
  • 1 garlic clove

Method
 

  1. Toast sourdough until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
  2. Rub the toast with fresh garlic clove.
  3. Slice avocado thinly and fan over the toast.
  4. Layer prosciutto in gentle folds over the avocado.
  5. Drizzle with chili crunch oil.
  6. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Garnish with dill. Serve immediately.
