Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange tomatoes and onion on parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Roast 30 minutes.
- Roll puff pastry into a 10×10 square, score edges, prick center, bake 15 minutes until golden. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, ranch, parsley, and parmesan. Spread over cooled pastry. Top with roasted tomatoes and onion. Garnish with parsley.
