Spinach, Grape & Brie Salad with Honey-Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach & arugula mix
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
  • 2 oz brie cubed or torn
  • 1 tbsp toasted walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
  • Chili threads optional
Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Whisk or shake the dressing ingredients until emulsified.
  2. Arrange greens on a plate or serving platter.
  3. Top with grapes, brie, walnuts, and onion.
  4. Drizzle dressing evenly.
  5. Add chili threads if using.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
