Method
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Assemble the toasts:
- Spread cream cheese on each slice of French bread.
- Layer with pear slices, then sprinkle Gorgonzola Dolce evenly on top.
Bake:
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Keep a close eye so it doesn’t overcook!
Finish:
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle toasted pine nuts over each toast.
