Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of French bread
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 ripe D’Anjou pear thinly sliced
  • 2 oz Gorgonzola Dolce crumbled
  • 1 ½ tbsp pine nuts toasted
  • 1-2 tsp honey for drizzling

Method
 

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Assemble the toasts:
  1. Spread cream cheese on each slice of French bread.
  2. Layer with pear slices, then sprinkle Gorgonzola Dolce evenly on top.
Bake:
  1. Transfer to the oven and bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Keep a close eye so it doesn’t overcook!
Finish:
  1. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
  2. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts over each toast.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy every creamy, crunchy, sweet-savory bite.
