Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe Bartlett pear
  • 2 tsp goat cheese divided
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp walnuts chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 390°F.
  2. Cut pear lengthwise and scoop out the core.
  3. Place cut side up in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Top with goat cheese, walnuts, rosemary, and honey.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until tender and golden.
  7. Drizzle with extra honey before serving if desired.
