sliced into ½-inch rounds

garlic cloves

batch sun-dried tomatoes with plums and garlic
Fresh basil leaves

fresh feta cheese
block-style
Extra-virgin olive oil
from tomato jar if possible
Method
Toast baguette slices at 375°F for 7–8 minutes.
Rub each warm slice with garlic.
Top with basil.
Add one tomato and one plum piece.
Top with feta.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
