Ingredients
  

  • 3 fresh ripe figs quartered
  • 3 oz goat cheese soft, spreadable
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 6 slices prosciutto halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Wash figs, pat dry, and cut into quarters.
  2. Top each fig wedge with a spoonful of goat cheese.
  3. Place a fresh basil leaf on top of the cheese.
  4. Fold or roll half a slice of prosciutto and place it on top. Secure with a cocktail pick if desired.
  5. Drizzle with honey right before serving.

- Vegetarian: Skip the prosciutto and add toasted walnuts or almonds for crunch.
