Method
- Wash figs, pat dry, and cut into quarters.
- Top each fig wedge with a spoonful of goat cheese.
- Place a fresh basil leaf on top of the cheese.
- Fold or roll half a slice of prosciutto and place it on top. Secure with a cocktail pick if desired.
- Drizzle with honey right before serving.
